Deposits and Withdrawals

4.5 Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the most recent deposit.
- Withdrawals may be partially or fully restricted until bonus conditions have been met.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at ck33 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount.
5.2 VIP Cashback
VIP members at ck33 receive weekly cashback. This benefit is available across four levels: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses.
5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions
- A bonus is not cash — it is usable credit.
- No withdrawal may be made from a bonus before the wagering requirement is met.
- If an attempt is made to use a bonus through fraudulent activity, the account will be cancelled.
- The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account or per device.
- ck33 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus under special circumstances.
Betting Rules
6.1 Rules for Placing Bets
Once a bet is confirmed at ck33, it cannot be withdrawn. It is the user's responsibility to carefully verify all information before placing a bet.
6.2 Cancelled Bets
A bet may be cancelled and the staked amount returned in the following situations:
- If an event is completely cancelled or postponed.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- If there is a dispute from an official body regarding the result of a match or event.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
Any fraudulent activity related to betting, exploiting technical errors, or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the account will be closed immediately.
6.4 Casino Game Rules
When participating in live casino, slots, and other games, the rules of the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) also apply. In the event of a technical error in a game, the game provider's server record will be considered final.

- Loss caused by a user sharing their own login details with a third party.
